February 19 InspiredI need to get back on track and do this thing. Todays Biggest loser was great, they all look so much better than they have previously. They made such great progress in only 58 days!! I am going to step up my game! February 02 Super SundayOK I know that this is bad but tomorrow is the superbowl and being from New York I have to be a part of that (GO GIANTS!!). This would include beer, snacks, cake, and buffalo wings. I know what you may be thinking but I promise to work harder the following monday. HAVE A GOOD WEEK EVERY-ONE. -Bruce February 01 Back in BusinessAfter feeling like i was in this thing alone and after a 2 week lay-off, I received a friend request from Team Go For Broke. That put me back in the game. And ever since, my network of Biggest Losers friends has been growing. Thank You every-one. My wife Roslyn hasn't been fulfilling her commitment to losing the weight which put me in a solo team. She tells me she will try harder but she's not really feeling it right now. I need to be extra strong for this. Pictures will be posted later today. Look at your own risk. -Bruce January 16 One down.....I watched the biggest loser and immediately I did 60 push-ups on a 60 degree angle and 50 barbell curls. Roz was tierd so she fell asleep, I am hoping tomorrow we can do it together. I'm still 347lbs. Roz weighs 199lbs. While i'm on the topic I am 5' 10" my BMI is 48.9% - Roslyn is 5' tall and her BMI is 38.9%. I'm hoping to lose 60lbs by April and Roz wants to lose 40lbs. We are going to Universal Studios in April and we hope to be in enough shape to take on the long walks. Well until tomorrow...Good night. January 15 Day 2Well it's day 2 and still failed to excersice. We have been eating better though. I may get on the treadmill for 20 minutes before I go to bed.
